Breakfast Club

• The club is run primarily by Mrs Billington who is a Higher Level Teaching Assistant and Mrs Chandia who is our Catering Officer
• It runs from 7.45am – 8.45am (after which children would be taken up to class)
• The club is run in the school hall, please drop children off at the gate at the front of the hall by the main Blackpool Road entrance
• There is a reasonable range of activities for the children to do, with provision dependent on children’s interests 
• Food is provided and, within reason, will be tailored to what the children request (e.g. toast, cereal, juice, milk) – please inform us of any allergies
• Pre-booking sessions for the days you want to attend is ideal for us, but you can also just ‘turn up on the day’ and pay via Parent Pay 
• Spaces are limited to 30, so booking ahead would be advisable if you know you will be accessing this provision regularly    

• Cost is £3.50 per child per session (regardless of what time they arrive, e.g. even if they are dropped off at 8.15am, the charge will still be £3.50), but there is a reduced rate of £15 for a full week as well as discounts for siblings  
• Sessions are to be paid via Parent Pay (school will set up the payment dependent on attendance and you will need to pay it off accordingly) 
• There is a limit of -£50 debt. We will then contact parents asking for payment, or to work out a payment plan if needed. Non-payment may result in your child being refused entry to Breakfast Club

Any profit made will be used to purchase resources for the benefit of all our children at St Gregory’s. If you are still unsure about anything, just give the school office a ring.
