Spring 1

Reading Resolutions - The Year of Reading

RE Purposeful End Point

For our Purposeful Endpoint (PEP), we have created compliment cards to share with people who serve others in our local community. Each card includes kind words and thoughtful messages designed to bring joy and put a smile on someone’s face.

In Year 3, we chose to give our cards to Preston Police because they help people in our community by keeping us safe. Through this PEP, we are trying to live like Jesus, who taught us to love one another, show compassion, and care for those around us. Jesus showed kindness through his words and actions, and we are following his example by spreading encouragement and positivity. By sharing these cards, we hope to make our community a happier place where people feel valued, supported, and uplifted.

HRSE Purposeful End Point

Our HRSE topic was 'What are families like?'. Children explored the different family dynamics and how each individual's family is unique and different. For our purposeful end point, the children create a poster/video/PPT to display what their family likes to do and what traditions and celebrations they participate in.
