In History, we have been learning about journeys and the reasons why people in the past might have travelled. As a class, we discussed that people often made journeys to explore new places, to find opportunities, or to reach safety.

We have been learning about the Titanic and thinking about what it might have been like to travel on the ship. We also considered what we would choose to pack if we were going on such a journey.

Next, we will be learning about the Windrush and exploring why people made this important journey to Britain.
