IMORTANT - Additional Information
The online application system is now live via the LCC admissions link above.
There will be NO paper applications accepted.
The closing date for all applications will be the 15th January 2024.
Primary Offer Letters Issued
Offer letters will be issued by 2nd class post on 16th April 2024. Online applicants will be able to view their own offer on the system on the evening of 16th April 2024.
Supplementary Information Forms
If St Gregory's is one of your preferred options or you are applying to another faith school, you will also need to complete a Supplementary Faith Form (please see below). A SEPARATE ONE OF THESE FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED FOR EACH DIFFERENT FAITH SCHOOL YOU APPLY TO. Please complete and return this form to St Gregory's school office directly. This is just for our use at school and to help place applicants into the correct category. When returning this form it would be very helpful to bring in a copy of your child's baptism certificate (if applicable) and proof of home address (i.e. utility bill).
Appeals
The primary appeals deadline is 16th May 2024. On time primary appeals are anticipated to be heard by 17th July 2024. The appeal forms and advice on how to complete them are available on the Lancashire County Council website:

In Year Admissions
An application can be made for a place for a child at any time for each year group and the child will be admitted where there are available places. Applications should be made directly to the school via the school office or by contacting us on 01772 795415. If there are no places available, your child will be added to our waiting list. Parents will be told where their child is on the waiting list upon receipt of application. Parents have the right to appeal our decision (link below).
